Projet overview
Inbillo is the first innovative project in the world in which the user can, thanks to Blockchain technology, generate NFT-secured debt recognition, which gives indisputable evidence in a possible court hearing. Everything is enriched in the design of the social media portal, in which businesses build their network of trusted contractors. The five main areas that inBillo supports are: Business cooperation risk assessment, transaction security, online and through-the-law debt collection, flexible financing, debt exchange.

How to help companies manage receivables and debts with proven contractors?
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Research and observation of user behavior when they want to secure a transaction, assess business risk, collect or obtain financing.
- The use of Blockchain technology to create an NFT token, which will be indisputable proof of signing the debt recognition
- Designing a trustworthy and modern platform design in the concept of a social media portal
SOLUTION
Based on numerous interviews with a potential target group and the experience of the team from the legal, financial and administrative departments, a decision was made to design a system that helps entrepreneurs in many aspects related to debt management and risk assessment of cooperation with contractors.
As a system very closely related to financial matters, strict regulations were in force regarding the conduct of KYC, KYB and AML surveys. The challenge was to design it in a simple and clear way so as not to lose the user at the onboarding stage.
Creating an intuitive user interface based on the concept of the most popular social media with the addition of key MVPs of the inBillo project.
Research
USER INTERVIEW
Before the project was launched, numerous interviews were conducted with entrepreneurs who are potential users of the application. This confirmed the main idea and clarified specific aspects of the process.
MARKETPLACE ANALYSIS
There have been several attempts in history to create similar systems, but none have been successful. This gave a clear message that the process must be very transparent for the user, and all legal regulations leave no illusions about their compliance with the law.
Concept
According to the concept, inBillo is a system that helps entrepreneurs conclude transactions with proven contractors. Such or pre-existing transactions can be secured with electronic debt recognition. This process has to be carried out in accordance with the expectations of both parties, which is why handling the negotiations was crucial. Based on the idea of building a system similar to the most popular social media, it gives an advantage over similar systems, because the user builds his own network of trusted contractors and has the ability to use all the functionalities supporting the management of his receivables and debts in a flexible way.
Design
BRAND
The image of the product was primarily to inspire confidence. Another very important aspect was creating associations with modern Blockchain technologies, law and finance.
DESIGN SYSTEM
The design of the system has been implemented for the system to maintain consistency in every part of the system and any other advertising material or website. It was very helpful for developers who could use ready-made components.
WIREFRAMES
Before each key functionality, interactive mockups were created to make the process analyzed faster by the people involved in testing. Making changes at this stage could have been much smoother than it would have been on the final user interface.
FINAL INTERFACE
Based on the conclusions drawn during process testing and best practices, the final user interface was created based on the design of the system and the observation of the latest trends in design.
Ustability testing
Such advanced processes were tested on several fronts. One of them was a very in-depth internal discussion with people with many years of experience as businessman. In addition, research in the form of a survey and interviews was conducted with potential and regular users in order to collect the most valuable feedback. Of course, in addition to that, we analyzed quantitative research, in which we were helped by tools such as HotJar and Google Analytics.
Iterate
Due to the work in the Agile methodology, the delivery of ready-made pieces of the wrapping took place cyclically, which also translated into the speed of delivery of subsequent product functionalities in accordance with previously established priorities and roadmap. The development of a loop that allowed for catching errors at the design stage was crucial to save time for implementing suboptimal solutions.
