The user of the system has a number of possibilities to acquire new customers from DMSales resources, but also by using traffic analysis on their social media and websites. Thanks to the omnichannel approach, the company can launch marketing campaigns supported by artificial intelligence on all channels of reaching.

How to help sellers and marketers in developing their company and acquiring a new base of interested customers?
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Research and observation of user behavior when they need to acquire a new customer base and start a marketing campaign
- Using omnichannelism to create a complete process
- Designing a minimalist design based on leading colors that evoke subliminal associations with business, technology and algorithms
SOLUTION
Based on many years of experience of people from the sales department and analyzing the market, a complete user process was designed in the system. Providing a number of system functions at the disposal of the system was quite a challenge, because a potential user could get lost in such a large application. The solution to this problem was a place in the system that suggested specific functionalities for specific users, and in addition, many educational tutorials already implemented directly in the system, such as auxiliary video.
Support for the most popular reach channels has perfectly enabled users to maximize their sales opportunities. In addition, segmentation of customers already initially interested in a product or services was possible in a very easy way by researching internet traffic on social media and websites.
The redesign of the product website involved rebuilding a very extensive website structure to ensure the most transparent information architecture for such large software.
Research
USER INTERVIEW
Regularly collecting opinions from existing users and analyzing quantitative research has contributed to many needed improvements, such as prioritizing functionality, providing easier access to more desirable functions, and providing a large amount of educational material to help understand how to use a given tool in the system.
MARKETPLACE ANALYSIS
The analysis of many tools on the Polish and foreign market confirmed the belief that the main advantage over the competition is the comprehensive service of the marketing and sales process as well as work in many channels of obtaining and reaching. Most of these companies only offered part of the handling of this process, so the user had to use several tools to get the work done in DMSales from start to finish.
Concept
Designing a responsive system available in the browser that enables comprehensive implementation of the marketing and sales process. Establishing a strong priority for omnichannel action and the intuitiveness of every available tool. The application should be intuitive and transparent, and at the same time modern, showing the advantages of the algorithms used and artificial intelligence supporting the user’s actions. The key was to use the most popular business tools such as LinkedIN to provide the user with more and more accurate data. Paying attention to the possibility of the work of entire teams within one project and possible multiple integrations in order to, for example, handle e-mail in the system itself.
Design
BRAND
DMSales is based on three main colors: blue, purple and magenta. Each of these colors has a subliminal message that shows the brand as a techonological, trustworthy company, using science, math and algorithmics to build an advantage.
DESIGN SYSTEM
The design of the system has been implemented for the system to maintain consistency in every part of the system and any other advertising material or website. It was very helpful for developers who could use ready-made components.
WIREFRAMES
Before each key functionality, interactive mockups were created to make the process analyzed faster by the people involved in testing. Making changes at this stage could have been much smoother than it would have been on the final user interface.
FINAL INTERFACE
Based on the conclusions drawn during process testing and best practices, the final user interface was created based on the design of the system and the observation of the latest trends in design.
Ustability testing
Such advanced processes were tested on several fronts. One of them was a very in-depth internal discussion with people with many years of experience as sellers and marketers. In addition, research in the form of a survey and interviews was conducted with potential and regular users in order to collect the most valuable feedback. Of course, in addition to that, we analyzed quantitative research, in which we were helped by tools such as HotJar and Google Analytics.
Iterate
Due to the work in the Agile methodology, the delivery of ready-made pieces of the wrapping took place cyclically, which also translated into the speed of delivery of subsequent product functionalities in accordance with previously established priorities and roadmap. The development of a loop that allowed for catching errors at the design stage was crucial to save time for implementing suboptimal solutions.
